Conecta Juntos

Conecta Juntos is a web and mobile digital platform of the Juntos program, designed to facilitate communication and access to information for Juntos households and the general public.

With this tool, families can resolve queries and access key information about their household within the program, such as payments, payment schedules, household members, and health and education commitments. It also allows citizens who are not yet users to learn about the requirements, apply, and track their enrollment process. In addition, they can receive notifications and messages to help them stay up-to-date and prevent oversights, as well as have greater control over their data, with the ability to update their cell phone number, address, and household members. The platform offers practical support through tools such as a map to locate nearby payment centers and, when applicable, facilitates contact via WhatsApp with their local manager, the virtual assistant, or the call center. It also includes a survey module to promote families' economic independence by registering their willingness to participate in initiatives that strengthen their autonomy.
