How to check your balance
You can see your balance in the app menu, Profile - Check Balance. We will update you via SMS when 75 percent and 100 percent of the browsing package have been used up.

The actual charge will be made in shekels according to the correct representative dollar at the time of purchase of the package in the Tuki app.

The countries in which you can surf depending on the package you have chosen. You can choose a package for a specific country, a region in the world or over 160 countries in the world.
What is the best way to surf in the United States?
In order to enjoy the best browsing experience, you must use a device that supports . VoLTE Please note that 3G devices are not serviced in this destination. A 4G device that does not support VoLTE will only be able to surf and receive SMS.
Can you cancel a package?
A transaction can be canceled within 14 days of the date of purchase and if the package has not been used in the dedicated link.
I changed devices, what happens to the packages I purchased?
Packages I purchased can be downloaded through the My Cards menu.
