Access a full list of assets you are responsible for. Drill into any asset to view its history, submit meter readings, log inspections, and raise maintenance requests — all from the field.

Meter Readings
Quickly capture and submit meter readings for assets directly from your mobile device. Track your previously submitted readings with timestamps and values.

Inspections
Conduct structured inspections with task-by-task checklists. Record pass/fail results, observations, and completion status for each inspection task. View inspection history per asset.

Maintenance Requests
Log new maintenance requests against specific assets or raise general maintenance work orders. Track the status of open and completed requests.

Time Tracking
Record time entries against your work order bookings to accurately capture labour hours spent on each job.

Offline-Ready Sync
Work with confidence in areas with limited connectivity. The app queues your submissions and syncs them to Dynamics 365 when a connection is available. The sync status indicator keeps you informed of pending items and the time of your last successful sync.

Authenticate using your existing Microsoft organizational account. All data is stored and processed within your organization's Microsoft Dataverse environment — no third-party data storage.
