Bosch EasyService APP
Bosch EasyService App is available in two versions: a free limited version and a full version. To use the full version of the app, a "Smart Service Key" and a valid annual license are required. The Smart Service Key is obtainable from your preferred merchant. It is connected to the service interface of the heating system via a jack cable and establishes an encrypted WLAN connection to your smartphone or tablet, ensuring secure and efficient communication. The app license can be purchased via the app store, and it is valid for one year. It is automatically renewed unless cancelled, ensuring uninterrupted access to the app's extensive features.
The full version of the app offers an array of advanced functions, including:
- a status overview of the heating system,
- full commissioning of the entire heating system including a report,
- reading of important monitor values,
- setting system parameters,
- creating service & commissioning reports,
- system software update feature for professionals,
- pairing of single room control devices.
For the system software update and paring of single room control devices feature, a direct connection to the heat system´s internet gateway, known as Connect-Key, is required. For compatible systems, the app offers a software update feature, enabling professionals to keep the software of the heating system up to date. Furthermore, the app provides a convenient link to the other Bosch Apps, e.g. "Bosch EasyScan" spare parts app for comprehensive information on spare parts and “Bosch EasyDoc” for device access to documentation.
The free limited version offers a reduced set of functions, including:
- comprehensive display of error codes with detailed descriptions of their causes and solutions,
- links to the apps mentioned above,
- system software update feature for professionals (via Connect-Key K40),
- pairing of single room control devices (via Connect-Key K30 or K40).
For system software update feature and single room control pairing, the direct connection to compatible heat system´s internet gateway (Connect-Key K40 or K30) is required.
