OUR METHODOLOGY

Every program at SRX LAB is built around the Biological Balance Map (BBM) — our proprietary assessment system that evaluates each member's readiness across Power Impact, Flow Adaptability, and Vital Pulse. The BBM allows our coaches to design truly personalized training paths grounded in measurable biological data.
