"When I was younger, one of those not-so-nice days. Riding my bike to school in the cold morning, hands all frozen.
Cruising along, then swerved to avoid a cat running across the path, and ran right over a nail.
Then some dogs came out of nowhere. Scared the hell out of me at first, but they didn't do anything, just hung around wagging their tails.
At that moment I thought: 'Wish you guys knew how to fix a flat tire.'
That silly little thought stuck with me all the way till now. So here's this game."

Rotatotter is what came out of that silly little thought. In the game, the dog finally learned how to fix things – not a flat tire, but a hamster wheel.
