VNPT eContract V2

The VNPT eContract platform includes electronic contract management software and integration with other software to provide features for managing user accounts of contracting parties, managing the process of negotiating contract terms, and unifying contracts and sign them using digital certificates or electronic signatures for individuals who do not have digital certificates. The processes for signing electronic contracts between parties in eContract fully comply with e-commerce laws and related legal documents. After the electronic contract takes effect, all information is stored on the blockchain, the Core Blockchain system ensures safety, transparency, cannot be modified and especially can be easily retrieved anywhere. The software also allows to manage fluctuations in the contract execution process such as attaching appendices, suspension, termination, unilateral termination, cancellation, lawsuits for breach of contract...

The unique data immutability of blockchain and data encryption mechanisms according to Vietnamese and world standards ensure that only the parties participating in the contract can access the contract content, but also ensure Court access when there is a contract breach dispute that requires arbitration.

Main functions of the product:

- Online identification: When concluding an online contract, the accurate and irrefutable identification of the parties to the contract is a prerequisite to ensure the legality of the electronic contract. We provide eKYC and Video KYC solutions that allow customer identification, as well as allowing customers to identify contracting partners.

- Online negotiation: Allows parties to discuss, record changes to contract content, negotiate terms and adjust the content of the contract completely online

- Digital signing solution: Supports all types of digital signing of all digital certificate service providers in Vietnam. For example USB token, Digital signature,...

- Electronic signing solution: Provides users who do not have a digital certificate to still sign electronic contracts while ensuring safety, meeting the conditions and principles of Vietnam's Electronic Transactions law .

- Encryption: Technology that encrypts contract files using a public key pair, ensuring that only parties to the contract can access the contract content.

- Blockchain: Electronic contract information after being signed by the parties will be saved on the blockchain, helping to increase trust between contracting parties and increase transparency in electronic contract management.
