Parking Spaces in Condominiums - VeC - is the app for residents to take advantage of vacant parking spaces in their own building — simply, safely, and without any money involved.

This isn't renting: it's lending between neighbors. When your space is empty, you make it available and earn VeC$, the condominium's internal currency. When you need a space (a visitor, a second car, a maneuver), you reserve a neighbor's space using your VeC$.

HOW IT WORKS
• Register with your condominium — with the approval of the building manager.

• Make your vacant space available for the periods you want.

• Earn VeC$ for each time you make it available and use it to reserve another resident's space.

• Everything is recorded: license plate, period, and history of each use.
