Universal File Opener handles PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, ZIP/7Z/TAR archives, CSV/TSV, code, Markdown, SQLite databases, images, audio, video, certificates, fonts, and unknown files as text or hex. No ads, no accounts, no tracking, and no internet access.

EDIT, DON'T JUST VIEW
• PDF: fill forms, sign, draw, add boxes and shapes with any color and transparency, type text (choose font, size, color), insert images, highlight, add notes, page numbers and watermarks, move/delete/insert/rotate pages, combine PDFs, split or extract pages, export pages as images, compress, crop, redact, flatten, edit properties, unlock password-protected PDFs, and password-protect a copy.
• Word and PowerPoint: edit paragraph text, formatting, fonts, colors, lists, styles, links, comments, footnotes, images, tables (including merge and split cells), headers and footers, page setup, slide order, speaker notes, shapes, symbols, and backgrounds — with find and replace, accept or reject tracked changes, and undo/redo.
• Excel: edit cells and formulas, use common functions, format cells, sort and filter, fill down/right, insert/delete rows and columns, merge cells, freeze panes, add sheets, comments, links, dropdowns, conditional formatting, charts, and find and replace.
• Text, code, CSV/TSV, hex, SQLite, and images: edit text and grids, patch bytes, add/update/delete database rows, crop/rotate/resize/compress images, draw, add text, and adjust color.
• Save as PDF: turn images, text, code, Markdown, CSV, spreadsheets, and Office or web documents into a PDF, and combine multiple images into one PDF.

All editing runs on your device. For writable files, changes save back through Android's file access system; for read-only shares, use Save As to create an editable copy.

WHAT YOU CAN OPEN
• PDF viewer with page navigation, pinch zoom, search, highlighting, text copy, metadata, and outlines where available.
• Modern Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OpenDocument previews with document structure, tables, images, links, notes, comments, sheets, formulas, charts, and slide canvases.
• Markdown, HTML, EPUB, source code, JSON, XML, YAML, SQL, logs, and other text/data formats with search and syntax highlighting.
• Images with pan and zoom; audio and video playback; font previews; X.509 certificate details; SQLite table browsing.
• ZIP, RAR (classic RAR4), 7Z, TAR, APK, JAR, GZ, BZ2, and XZ archive browsing and safe extraction.

A note on Office files: this is a progressively richer engine for reading, searching, and editing, not a clone of desktop Office. Modern Office support focuses on useful mobile preview and editing while preserving untouched package parts. Legacy DOC, XLS, and PPT files use basic readable-text extraction with clear conversion guidance.

HONEST FORMAT SUPPORT
RAR5, password-protected RAR, and unsupported formats such as CAB, ISO, DMG, LHA, LZH say so clearly instead of pretending partial support. Unknown files still open as text or hex when possible.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No INTERNET permission.
• No ads, analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, or accounts.
• Optional support diagnostics are exported only when you choose and never include file contents, names, paths, hashes, clipboard text, or payment details.
• Android cloud backup excludes cached files, preferences, and local file history.
