SIMPONI CINTA

Fast, Informative, Comfortable, Transparent, Accurate Online Service Management Information System (SIMPONI CINTA) is a mobile-based online registration application for outpatients equipped with features containing information about the hospital as a whole, such as information on facilities, inpatient information, MCU service information, Code Stroke service information, doctor schedule information, surgery schedule information, bed availability information, number of visits information, where this information is the latest data that has been integrated with the Hospital Information and Management System owned by UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie.
The Online Service Management Information System (SIMPONI) has 5 main features, including:
a. SI DOI (Online Doctor Information System)
It is a feature that functions as a means for users/patients to register, not only to get a queue number at the patient registration counter, but also to get a queue number at the destination polyclinic so that the waiting time will be shorter and the service will be faster and more efficient. In addition, SI DOI also has a superior feature, namely facilitating general patients to consult online with doctors, via video call media.
b. SI Bed (Bed availability information system)
A feature that functions to provide information to users/patients regarding the number of available beds at the UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak City in an up-to-date and real-time manner.
c. SI OK (Operation Schedule Information System)
A feature that functions to provide information to users/patients regarding the schedule of operations to be carried out at the UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak City in an up-to-date and real-time manner.

d. SI MCU (Medical Check Up Service Information System)
A feature that functions to provide information to users/patients regarding the types of medical check up services and their rates.
e. SI Facilities (Service Facility Information System)
A feature that functions to provide information on health service facilities available at the UPT RSUD Sultan Syarif Mohamad Alkadrie Pontianak City to users/patients who will come in an up-to-date manner.
