Sarth only aggregates and displays data that is publicly available from official court and tribunal portals. We do not claim ownership of court records; instead we index and surface public records to make them easier to find. Official sources used by Sarth include:

Data sharing & third parties — clear statement
We respect user privacy. We do not sell, rent, or provide users’ personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not share proprietary app data with third parties except: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) to provide a requested service (for example, payment processing using secure, PCI-compliant partners), or (c) to comply with legal obligations or valid government or court orders. Any third-party services used (analytics, payment gateways, hosting) are listed in our privacy policy and are contractually bound to protect data.

Privacy & security (straight talk)
Sarth uses encrypted infrastructure, access controls and logging to protect data. Our privacy policy (linked inside the app and on our website) explains exactly what we collect, how long we retain it, whether audio from Speak-to-Search is processed on-device or on secure servers, and how you can request data deletion. For transparency we show source attribution on each case detail page and retain a timestamp + source URL for every record.

For reviewers & power users
We maintain logs that show the original source and timestamp for each record. Demo credentials and a short walkthrough video are available in Review Notes on request. If you need proof of the public source for any record, contact support and we will provide the extraction log.
