Common questions:

1- How do I know uploading my photos was completed?
    R: Confirming the purchase history (menu, top right) the number of the generated application, this number certifies completion of sending files.

2- Where do I check the number of my order?
     A: In the menu (top right) in Purchasing History

     A: No, the payment will be made in the selected store to receive the photographic archive.

4 After being transferred the files, how long can I go to the store?
    A: Immediately! Just make sure that the pictures were loaded and was generated order number. (Menu, top right)

5. My files will be stored for how long in the store?
     A: For 30 consecutive days.

6- You must wait some confirmation by email or phone?
    A: It is not necessary, just check the number of the request has been processed. (Menu, top right).

7 Upon arriving at the store, making the conference the files and payment, how soon get the pictures?
    A: Printing is immediate, delivery of photos in minutes.

8. Where do you view the order amounts?
    A: After sending the photos and choosing the store for pickup, you will see the summary of the application with unit and overall values.
