PTSP BMKG Mobile

It is a one-stop integrated service application intended to provide information and services related to Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (MKG) for the public, government and non-government agencies by utilizing information and communication technology. This mobile application was officially released by the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).

BMKG PTSP Application Feature Info:
• The Service Catalog provides information regarding what types of data/information/regional coverage service requests, prices and other information can be ordered by application users.
• Monitoring Status provides information regarding the progress of the application process for reporting data/information/services that have been ordered by application users.
• Service Requests contain information related to the status list of services that have been ordered by the application user.
• Visit Request is a feature that can be used if you want to request a visit to a BMKG facility.
• News is a feature that contains information about current events or events related to Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (MKG) as well as activities carried out by MKG.
• Call Center is a feature that customers can use as a call center to provide information that customers need and handle complaints and questions raised by customers through direct communication.
