Respiratory Rate Tracking (via Streaming Accelerometer): The 25 Hz accelerometry data, specifically the Z-component, is filtered and analyzed (via FFT or peak detection) to precisely determine the low-frequency Respiratory Rate (0.1 Hz to 0.75 Hz) which for example allows for the detection of sleep apnea episodes.
