Patient Null is a survival horror escape game set in a forgotten underground basement.

You are trapped.

Somewhere in the dark corridors, Doctor Null is still here — and he is not human anymore.

He reacts to sound. Every dropped object, every step, every mistake can reveal your location.

Your only objective is simple:
find the exit and escape.

But survival is not simple.
