■ Main Features of My BB.excite Mobile

1. Check Your High-Speed ​​Data Usage

Check your high-speed data usage for the current month (or remaining capacity for flat-rate plans). Visualize your data using a pie chart to instantly see how much you have left.

*High-speed data usage/remaining capacity is updated periodically.
*The pie chart does not reflect data carried over from the previous month or additional data charges.
*The price shown in the pie chart is the monthly fee for your contracted plan. It does not include call charges or optional fees.
*All prices include tax.

2. Additional Data Charge

If you have used up your high-speed data for the current month, you can purchase additional high-speed data capacity by clicking the Additional Data Charge button. Additionally, data carried over from the previous month (flat-rate plans only) and additional data charges are displayed separately from your contracted data for easier understanding.

*Please complete the procedure on the web page (BB.excite Mobile My Page) linked from the app.
*If you are using a flat-rate plan, you can recharge even if you have not used up your monthly high-speed data allowance.

3. Switching High-Speed/Low-Speed ​​Data

Toggle high-speed data on/off for each SIM with a single tap. You can also assign icons (10 types x 5 colors) to each SIM to manage different uses.

*When high-speed data is OFF, low-speed data (up to 200 kbps) will be used.
