Mealie Go

Mealie Go connects directly to your own self-hosted Mealie server, the free, open source recipe manager and meal planner. No new account to create, no third-party cloud service in between, no data going anywhere except your own server. Point the app at your Mealie URL, sign in, and everything you already have is right there on your phone.

Browse, search, and filter your whole collection by category, tag, tool, or ingredient. Favorite the ones you make again and again. Import a recipe straight from a URL, or build one from scratch with a full editor.

On any recipe: scale servings up or down, switch ingredient units between as-written and metric, rate it, leave comments, and see its nutrition info. Replace the photo right from your phone's camera or library, and attach files like PDFs.

Send a recipe's ingredients straight to a shopping list, generate a public share link so a friend without a Mealie account can view it, export it as a PDF to print or send, or hit the random button when you can't decide what to make.

Not sure what to cook? Tell Mealie Go what ingredients and tools you actually have on hand, and it'll suggest recipes you can make right now, flagging anything you're still missing.

Plan your week day by day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sides. Assign a recipe or jot a quick note for anything that doesn't need one. Can't decide? "Surprise Me" assigns something random from your own collection.

Mealie Go is completely free, with no ads and no subscriptions. Not a limited "free tier," just free. It's open source (MIT licensed) and built for the love of the Mealie project, not to be monetized. Fork it, self-build it, or just use it, whatever's useful to you.
