GTA: VC Romania 2006

This is a version of GTA Vice City that uses the New Vice City 2004 mod, which changes the script of the game. Additionally, it includes custom maps with various structures placed above the city that serve as ramps for car jumping. In essence, this mod reflects the style specific to the early modding period for GTA Vice City, when most mods were created for recreational purposes.
