Self-Survey process:

• You will receive an SMS with Reference No & application download link.
• On opening the app, you will be auto-logged in to the application.
• Help yourself to fill in correct survey details as guided.
• Take photos- as guided.
• Submit the form.
• Our team will process and send final loss % confirmation link.
• You will receive an SMS with link for final loss % confirmation.
• Click on 'Accept or Reject' the final loss % as guided.
