ILMM

ILMM is a conversational search engine trained on authentic Islamic sources. Here are the three key reasons behind its founding:

1. Inspired by Real Needs: ILMM was conceived in Paris when Wafi, one of the co-founders, faced difficulty determining whether octopus was permissible to consume. After waiting over an hour to receive an accurate answer from a trusted source, he realized the need for a more accessible and reliable solution for seeking Islamic knowledge.

2. Addressing Faith Challenges: Further down the road, it was also witnessed that second-generation diaspora communities often grapple with crises of faith, exacerbated by the diverse and conflicting perspectives on matters of faith found online.

3. Commitment to Trustworthy Knowledge: Research further highlighted the importance individuals place on trust, legitimacy, objectivity, authority, relevance, credibility, and reliability when seeking information on the Qur’an, Hadith, and Doctrinal Matters.

These events led to the creation of ILMM, where co-founders Wafi and Anas aim to make knowledge of faith accessible, authentic, and efficient for everyone.
