IGS Patrol

IGS Patrol is a private patrol and workforce management app for authorized security personnel.

The app helps security officers complete and document their assigned duties from one organized patrol dashboard.

Key features include:

• View assigned sites and property information
• Start and track patrol shifts
• Record patrol rounds and NFC checkpoint scans
• Submit daily logs with photo documentation
• Create incident reports
• Submit maintenance reports
• Review site post orders and emergency contacts
• View recent patrol activity and submission history

IGS Patrol records shift activity, checkpoint completion, report timestamps, submitted notes, and photos so authorized supervisors and administrators can monitor site operations and maintain accurate records.

Accounts are created and managed by an authorized administrator. Public account registration is not available. Access to properties and features depends on each user’s assigned role and work sites.

An internet connection is required for authentication, data synchronization, and report submission. NFC and camera access are used for checkpoint scanning and photo documentation when required.
