iGiaLai

iGiaLai - an application providing utilities and services for people, organizations and businesses inside and outside Gia Lai province. The unified communication portal application between citizens and the Gia Lai provincial government has useful features, providing essential digital services to users:

- News, announcements, warnings: the government can post news about the city's activities, propagate policies - regulations, timely announcements - warnings so that people can grasp and understand the information.

- Digital society: look up and provide information on administrative procedures, records, online traffic cameras, reflect on the scene, look up pharmacies, look up medical facilities, look up vaccination facilities.

- Digital tourism: allows to look up accommodation, tourist attractions, cuisine, shopping, entertainment.

- Digital economy: allows to look up digital transformation of enterprises, digital enterprises.
− Digital government: allows to look up the State Agency directory.
− Display festival and event banners: can promote upcoming events/festivals in the Province.
− Survey: create a form to collect people's opinions through the app, helping to interact with organizations and citizens.
− Essential services: allows to look up weather, taxi switchboard, electricity services, water services, environmental sanitation, natural disaster prevention, social insurance, health insurance, tax lookup, exchange rate lookup, gold price.
− In addition, it also provides other digital services such as e-wallets, health books, taxes, social insurance, employment services, digital tourism services, promotional notifications, exam score lookup... helping users to easily access essential services serving social life. On that basis, the Mobile Application of the Unified Communication Portal between citizens and the government is determined to be level 3 based on the criteria for determining the level in Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree 85/2016/ND-CP.
