Foreground Service and Location Usage :
Tetanggaku Driver uses a foreground service with a persistent notification to enable continues location tracking while
the driver is online or fulfilling an order

This feature is required for :
1. Show navigation and routing between pickup and drop-off point.
2. Dispatch updated location in real time and keep the customer know.
3. Continues location updates even if the app is running in the background

How driver know that foreground service is running :
1. A persistent notification is always shown in system tray while location tracking is active
2. Foreground service only start when the driver is on-bid (online) and accepts a order.
3. Foreground service will stop when the driver off-bid.
