The night pond comes alive when the sun disappears beyond the horizon, turning into a dynamic arena for the hunt. In this arcade game, the user takes on the role of a nimble pond hunter whose main skill is lightning-fast reaction. Sitting on a cozy lily pad in the middle of calm water, the main hero waits for the perfect moment to strike. Every precise move brings you closer to success, turning ordinary midge catching into an engaging challenge of accuracy and speed, where one wrong gesture can reset all accumulated progress.

The gameplay is built around simple and intuitive mechanics: all you need to do is react in time when flying insects appear, sending the frog’s tongue exactly toward the target. The main task is to catch as many midges as possible within the limited time, trying to connect successful strikes into continuous chains to earn extra points. However, the pond also hides dangers. Among the harmless prey, dangerous insects rush across the screen from time to time, and a collision with them costs precious lives and instantly breaks a successful combo streak, forcing you to act with maximum care.

Each round challenges your attention, because you have only sixty seconds to complete the mission. During this short time, you need to reach the required score target in order to move further along the winding pond trails. As you progress through the solo campaign, made up of dozens of varied levels, the difficulty gradually increases, forcing you to adapt to a faster pace and new flight paths of the insects. High scores and personal records unlock access to new characters, each with its own unique personality and waiting for a chance to take its place on the central lily pad.
