The hkk ePA app is your central portal for all things related to your health. It offers access to various functions, services, and features, all of which can be used independently. At the heart of this app is the eponymous electronic patient record.

Manage your ePA easily via your smartphone using the app:

• Set access rights and track access

The electronic patient record is the digital repository for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and insights related to your health. It facilitates the exchange of information – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing ePA content accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.

E-Prescription
Manage your prescriptions with the e-prescription function: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of already redeemed and outstanding prescriptions. The integrated search function lets you find the nearest pharmacy directly within the app.

The development and approval of the electronic patient record is subject to strict legal requirements, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As hkk health insurance, the best possible protection of your health data is particularly important to us. To ensure secure access, one-time personal identification is required. You have several options for this, which you can select during the registration process.
