HK TAXI

"HK TAXI" is an app that uses the intuitive operation and GPS functionality of smartphones to easily call a Hokkaido Transportation Business Cooperative Association (HK) Group taxi that can pick you up as quickly as possible at your specified location.

- Easily confirm your pickup location on a map using the GPS function without speaking to an operator. There's no need to go through the hassle of explaining the address or building name of your pickup location to the operator.
- Register frequently used pickup locations as favorites or easily select your pickup location using the "Nearby Locations" feature.
- Quickly reorder the exact same item from your order history.
- Check the route your ordered taxi is currently taking.
- Receive notifications when your taxi arrives.
- Pre-book a taxi (pick-up may be difficult depending on the reservation status).
- No prior user registration is required. Start using the app immediately after downloading.

"Call a taxi"
Call a taxi from your current location.
You can also reserve a taxi by selecting a date and location.

"Phone Order"
When ordering by phone, you can provide your location information to the operator even if you can't explain your location.

"Order History"
Check your current order status and past order history.

"Favorites"
Register frequently used locations in advance.

- This app requires GPS. If the GPS function is turned off, please turn it on and use the app in an area with a good connection.
- This app is planned to be available in Hokkaido (Sapporo, Asahikawa, Hakodate, Kushiro, Otaru) and Tohoku (Sendai, Aomori, Towada).
*We are gradually expanding the available areas. Currently, it is available in Hokkaido (Sapporo, Asahikawa, Kushiro) and Tohoku (Aomori).
