HanChin is a small app I created to help people learn Sino-Korean vocabulary easily, remember it well, and avoid the dryness of traditional dictionary lookups.

You can:

• Look up Korean words and see their Sino-Vietnamese meanings.

• Create your own vocabulary notebook to learn anywhere.

• View Chinese characters (Hanja) and related pronunciations.

• Learn using a word tree – understand each pronunciation and root clearly.

• Flip flashcards to learn words in groups.

• Quickly search using Google, Naver, or ChatGPT.

• View recent search history.

• Lightweight, easy-to-use, and uncluttered interface.

I made this app because I noticed many people (and myself 😅) learn Sino-Korean vocabulary without understanding its original meaning, and often forget what they've learned. HanChin strives to make everything as clear, beautiful, and accessible as possible.
