Patients with celiac disease are entitled to free provision of foods labeled "gluten-free, specifically formulated for celiacs" pursuant to art. 1 of the Ministerial Decree of 17 May 2016.
The APP in question allows patients in possession of the voucher issued by their local health authority to check their balance.
In particular situations, there are problems with the GFree app that are being analyzed for resolution.
Please note that the balance can still be consulted on the Buono Celiachia service on the Salute Piemonte portal (https://www.salutepiemonte.it/servizi/buono-celiachia?nid=484).
However, please note that any error returned by the app does not compromise the possibility of using the monthly voucher.
