• Build week-by-week programs in any order. Drag, drop, run them at the gym.
• Log sets, reps, weights, and per-exercise time. Personal records detected automatically.
• See your training as an operational ledger: 8-week volume HUD, per-week bar chart, PR log, body-map heatmap showing which muscles you're under-training.
