By default, you can view incidents from the past 1 minute up to 3 days back. However, this can be extended to up to 50 days through the app settings.

What information is shown in the app?
- The app displays the initial alert message, responding station or service, and the time of the call-out.
Can I see the location of incidents?
- No, location details are not publicly available and therefore not shown in the app.
Can I receive notifications?
- Yes, you can opt in to receive alerts when you open the app for the first time or enable them later in settings.
Why is there sometimes a delay before an incident appears in the app?
- Fire Incidents UK is maintained by a private developer. The data is based on public sources, and incidents only become visible after they are officially reported by the relevant service.
Important: This app does not support emergency calls. In case of an emergency, dial 999.
