The Digiposte app allows you to safely store your important files in a secured digital vault, and to have them with you whenever, wherever.

AUTOMATIC RECEPTION AND STORAGE OF YOUR DOCUMENTS

Simply connect your service provider (telephony, energy, taxes companies...), and automatically receive your files in your secured digital vault. Keep all your important documents up to date, and safe.

STORAGE IN YOUR SECURED DIGITAL VAULT

In addition to automatic reception, you can manually add all your personal documents to your Digiposte digital vault, and always have all your important documents at hand. Upload them from any device:

- By scanning your documents directly from your application's integrated scanner

- By sending them by email to your Digiposte vault

- By adding them from any other device, or your smartphone’s gallery

PREPARING YOUR FILES FOR YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES

Add them to compiling a real estate loan file or retirement preparation. They can also be used to build your professional history file to meet HR requirements (proof of employment, seniority, etc.), prepare for an interview, a job relocation, or a career change.

SECURED DOCUMENTS SHARING

Securely share your documents using a protected link, that you can secure by a secured PIN code, and allow access for a selected period.

Digiposte has made security its top priority.

We ensure the security, sustainability, confidentiality and integrity of the data stored in strict compliance of rules and standards applied in the sector. All data and documents are exclusively hosted in France.

To enhance your account security, you can enable two-factor authentication by receiving a push notification on your phone (web authentication only) or a code provided by your preferred authenticator app. For faster processing, register your phone as a trusted device.

Reconnect quickly and securely to your app using your phone's unlock method (fingerprint, facial recognition). Activate this unlock method in the "Security" section of your profile.

Payment is completed through your Google account. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you cancel it at least 24h before the end of your commitment period. If you use a free trial version, your Google account will be debited once the trial period has expired. Simply go to the Settings of your Google account to manage your subscription.
