Your attention is a new mobile application DentalPRO. It is equally useful for doctors, clinic managers, patients and coordinators.

In the updated version of the application, we have significantly expanded the functionality for all user groups at once.

The section for patients includes:

• Chat with the clinic.
• Personal information:
- FULL NAME.
- Finance (balance sheet, target advance, debt account, personal account).
- VHI - the validity period of the policy.
• Ability to view the dates and times of records in the clinic. The user can reschedule and cancel entries.
• Ability to get directions to the clinic.
• Section with promotions. The patient can call and write to the clinic to find out the conditions of hot offers.
• Possibility to call the dental hotline.
• View your treatment plan.
• Archive of x-rays and CT scans.
• Photo protocols.

The capabilities of the application for clinic employees depend on the role that each employee plays.

Doctor:

• Can see the current schedule for the month.
• Busy schedule:
- Available color gradation according to the degree of employment. The current shift is displayed in a frame.
• Schedule with color gradation of workload:
- Ability to add a workload calendar to the schedule, which contains information for each day.
• View schedule (scheduled / unscheduled / approved).
• Create a new entry in the schedule.
• Has access to a chat inside the clinic.

Treatment Coordinator:
• Has access to the time sheet for work.
• Has access to the grouping of chats: with patients, organizational.
• Can search for the desired chats using the search.
• Has the ability to initiate the addition of a chat with patients.
• The coordinator is allowed to create an entry in the schedule (scheduled / unscheduled / approved).
• Can keep track of doctors' schedules.
• Browse free doctors.
• Create a new patient.
• Has access to a chat inside the clinic.

If your clinic does not have a treatment coordinator, then the administrator can take over these functions.

The manager's section includes:

• Tracking the movement of funds for the selected period.
• Create a new entry in the schedule.
• View free doctors.
• View/edit doctors work schedule.
• Create a new patient.
• View stock balances:
- Critical.
- All leftovers.
• The director can view and edit the revenue rate.
• Select a period for requesting data in the widget.
• Add, edit or delete doctors work schedule.
• Has access to the calendar in the widget.
• Can find out which of the employees came on time and who was late.
• Track the current implementation of the plan and get information about which advertising sources are most effective for the clinic.
• Possibility to know the workload of the call-center and the timeliness of tasks performed by employees.
• Information about critical consumables in stock so that they can be ordered in a timely manner.
• The director can create a new timetable entry.
• Edit the rate of revenue from doctors.
• Edit doctors work schedule.
• Select date range in widgets.

All actions in the application are synchronized with the DentalPRO dental software. You can also send PUSH notifications from the program:

• About the actions taken with the patient in the clinic.
• About adding an entry.
• About transferring a record.
• About canceling the recording.
• About sending individual notices.

Important: to authorize in the application, you must request a link in your clinic or scan a QR code in the clinic.
