DCM Shriram Limited built the DCM SHRIRAM e-Suvidha app exclusively for farmers registered in our reserved & assigned areas with our sugar factories situated in Uttar Pradesh. This service is provided by DCM Shriram Limited at no cost and is intended for use as-is the basis.

The aforesaid information will be used for the detailed analysis of the data so collected through the app. On the basis of the analysis, we shall provide the key features to our registered users:

1. Crop Advisory- Sugarcane
2. Current Weather – information on Temperature, Weather type, & location(Based on farmer land),
3. Transactional – Tagged Input, Purchee, My orders,
4. Ai Advisory - advisory related to sugarcane crop,
5. My Farms - Information about farmer's lands,
5. Notification on Crop Health, Growth & Yield- Estimation,
6. Users can dial the Suvidha Centre to connect with an agricultural expert,
7. User can facilitate with different services of Agri Resourcing, – Agri-Inputs booking, Doorstep delivery, Agri Financing,
8. Support Ticket - farmer raise ticket for registration, purchee, and agri input orders
