This is the d-account settings app provided by Docomo.

*For Docomo Android devices, please check Settings > Docomo Services/Cloud > Docomo Management App.

You can verify your identity and check, change, and restore your account settings.

Completing identity verification will enable you to send/receive d-points and allow for smoother d-account recovery.

Having trouble logging in?

You can request account recovery and investigation through the app.

Notes

*This app can be used even by those without a Docomo mobile phone contract.

*It can be used via either mobile data connection or Wi-Fi connection.

*If you do not have a d-account, please create one from "New Registration" to use the app.

*This app is pre-installed on Android devices purchased from Docomo. It is not possible to install/update this app from the Play Store.

*For Galaxy S26 SC-51G, S26+ SC-52G, and S26 Ultra SC-53G, the update may be displayed as available depending on the device specifications, but it is not available. Please be aware of this in advance.
