CueScanner for Android

This is a barcode scanner app for use with "Cue Monitor," a survey panel website operated by Intage Inc.

It allows you to scan product barcodes and send the barcode information to specific survey screens.

*This app can only be used with specific surveys.

Please note that the app will not function correctly if you have not participated in the relevant survey.

■What is Cue Monitor?
Cue Monitor refers to monitors who cooperate with surveys conducted by Intage Inc., the largest company in the marketing research industry.
We primarily ask for your cooperation with online surveys.
Points are added based on the number and content of questions you answer in the surveys you complete, and you can exchange accumulated points for wonderful products.

■Notes on Use
・Some surveys may not support CueScanner.
・Users who are not registered with Cue Monitor can only use the product barcode scanning function.
・Packet charges for downloading, updating, and setting up this app are the responsibility of the user.

■ Introduction

These terms and conditions are an agreement between Intage Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the application software "CueScanner" (hereinafter referred to as "this app") provided by the Company, regarding the use of this app.

● Purpose of Use of This App

1. This app is intended for use by "Cue Monitors" who have been asked to cooperate by the Company, to assist with barcode scanning and input in specific surveys. Other users are not eligible.
2. This application is used solely for the purpose of transferring scanned barcode information to input fields on specific survey screens.
3. Eligible "Queue Monitors" should read and agree to these terms before downloading and installing this application on their smartphone. If you do not agree, you cannot use this application.
4. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

●Usage Fee

This application is free of charge.

●Compatible Devices and OS

This application is only compatible with devices and operating systems specified by our company.

●Copyright and Other Rights

All copyrights and other rights related to this application belong to our company or a third party with legitimate authority. The rights holder grants the user only the right to use the application in accordance with these terms.

●User Responsibilities

・Users must not use this application in any way other than that approved by our company.

* We may, when deemed necessary, change the content of this application, update the application, or amend these Terms of Service without the user's consent or notice. Users agree to such changes.

* If a user causes damage to us or a third party as a result of violating any of these Terms of Service, the user shall compensate for such damage.

* Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of this application due to the following reasons:

* Impact or damage caused by this application to the user's smartphone

* Damages caused by the user's inability to use this application properly

* Suspension of Application Use and Temporary Suspension/Cancellation of Registration

If a user violates any of these Terms of Service, we may immediately suspend the user's use of this application and temporarily suspend or cancel their monitor qualifications or registration. Furthermore, we will not notify monitors of such actions, either before or after the fact.
