Bright Patient is your pocket clinic. Talk to a licensed doctor in minutes, book appointments, order Bright Care services, find partner labs and pharmacies, and stay on top of daily health goals — all from one app.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Book an appointment — Browse doctors by specialty, see availability, and confirm in a few taps.
• Chat with a doctor — Send messages, photos, and follow-up questions. Your doctor gets notified and can reply right away.
• Voice and video consultations — Start a secure 1:1 call with your doctor. Incoming calls work even when the app is in the background.
• Find care nearby — Locate partner labs and pharmacies on a map, see opening hours, and get directions.
• Instant consultations — Request an on-demand visit with the next available doctor when you need help now.
• Bright Care — Order home-care and related health services from the app.
• Water-intake reminders — Set a daily target and get gentle hydration reminders.
• Medical records — View past appointments, prescriptions, and related records when you need them.
• Pay securely — Pay for consultations and services with card or local mobile money.
PRIVACY AND SAFETY
Your messages, consultation information, and personal data are encrypted in transit and stored on secured cloud services (including Google Firebase). Voice and video calls are routed in real time through our calling provider and are not recorded by us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

WHO IT'S FOR
Bright Patient is for adults seeking convenient primary care and follow-up consultations. It is not a substitute for emergency care — if you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
PERMISSIONS
• Camera/microphone — only during a consultation you start
• Location — only while viewing the map of nearby labs or pharmacies
• Notifications — chat, calls, and appointment reminders
• Photos — attach images in chat or set a profile picture
