BofA SMRT Employee is Bank of America’s on-the-go scheduling tool for employees (non-leaders) who work at a financial center.

With the app, financial center employees can access their schedules and work locations conveniently from their phone or tablet.

BofA SMRT Employee allows users to:

• View published schedules
• Trade shifts with teammates
• Bid on advertised shifts or request additional shifts
• View current availability
• View approved alternate work locations and request new approved work locations
• View approved time off requests
• View profile information
