REQUEST A DELIVERY
• Choose vehicle type: moto, car, or truck
• Set pickup and drop-off, see pricing, and place your order
• Follow order status from request to completion
• Rate your experience when the trip is done

FOR DRIVERS
• Apply to become a driver from the app
• Accept available jobs, update trip status, and earn on completed deliveries
• In-app support chat with the AlloGo team

STAY IN CONTROL
• Sign in with email, Google, or Sign in with Apple
• Notifications for order updates
• Legal information and privacy details in the app
• Contact support or submit a complaint from the menu
• Delete your account anytime from Profile settings (Settings → Delete account)

AlloGo uses your location while you use the app to match you with nearby drivers and show accurate pickup and delivery. Location is used for the delivery service, not for unrelated advertising.
