Call the Consular Safety Call Center in the following situations:

- We support incident or accident reporting, emergency passport issuance, and expedited overseas remittance.

3. When interpretation services are needed
- We provide interpretation services with local officials (police, immigration officers, doctors, etc.) in emergency situations.

- Provides information on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' consular affairs, including passports, consular verification (Apostille), overseas emigration reports, and overseas national registration.

* Background location data is used when location permissions are granted.
- The app always runs in the background, so even when you're not viewing the screen, it retrieves location information (latitude/longitude) and transmits it to the system.
- The transmitted location information is used to identify the app user's location in the event of an overseas emergency, incident, or accident, providing emergency rescue support and local safety information.
