[If you're having trouble logging in]
1. Check your login method
If you have a membership card, you can log in by clicking "Log in with membership card" and entering your membership number and date of birth.
To access the login screen, click the "Login/Logout" menu (three lines) in the upper left corner of the screen.

2. Check your membership information
Please make sure your membership number (13 digits) and date of birth match the information registered at the store.
*On iOS, the date of birth is entered with a half-width slash (/), such as "1999/09/09."
*Using certain keyboard customization apps may prevent you from entering your date of birth correctly.
In this case, please use the standard keyboard.
