With the ÖRAG app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

How to register for the ÖRAG app:
- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the ÖRAG app
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
- Download the ÖRAG app for your smartphone
